Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@urbanblink.shop along with clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, return, or refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Gift cards
• Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that banks, payment gateways, and card issuers may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
